Large Veg (11-13 items a week)
Perfect for a family or a couple of avid veggie eaters, rest assured that you will see great variety week after week.

Medium Veg (7-8 items a week)
Perfect size for one avid veggie eater or a small family. 

Small Veg (4 items a week)
Perfect introduction for someone looking to incorporate a bit more produce into their diet, or one veggie eater.

Fruit -Fall fruit share will mainly consist of a variety of apples sourced from local orchards. All fruit is either Certified Organic or grown using the environmentally sensitive Integrated Pest Management standard. This share may also be supplemented with fruit jams, jellies, ciders and butters.

Eggs- Chickens are fully-pastured and fed only Certified Organic, antibiotic-free, non-GMO, and hormone-free supplemental feed.

Chicken- 3 lbs weekly Average of 3 pounds of chicken weekly from sustainably pastured birds.  Chickens enjoy their days pecking for insects and eating plants as they peruse their pastures, which are rotated frequently to optimize their nutrition and quality of life. All LFFC chickens are hormone-free, antibiotic-free, GMO-free, grass and non-GMO grain fed, and pasture raised. You can expect 1-3 weekly items in this share, averaging 3 pounds, and you’ll see cuts such as breasts, legs, thighs, wings, and even whole birds.

Vegan- 3 items weekly: 1-Tofu made by Fresh Tofu Inc.: organic and non-gmo soy products since 1984. 1- Artisanal Bread from Green Lion Bakery and Talking Breads such as Seeded Wheat Sourdough, Sunny Flax, or Grain Train  1- Pantry item like sauerkraut, maple syrup, jam, applesauce, maple sugar, muesli
